Plant 23: Uruguay, South America

Uruguay is the most un-reached country in South America. Less than 2% of the 3 million+ Uruguayans confess to be evangelical. Many are agnostic and are becoming more difficult to reach. There are several cities in this country with populations over 50,000 that are in need of hearing the gospel and having a church planted in their barrio. The need for churches is greatest in the most populous areas which include the capital city of Montevideo and along the southeast coast also known as the Gold Coast. We will partner with an IMB missionary to help facilitate a church planting movement in one of these strategic areas of the country.
